Frequently Asked Questions

We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide itemized receipts that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, we cannot guarantee coverage.

We are not enrolled with Medicare. As a result, Medicare does not reimburse for appointments or treatments at our practice. Some basic lab work may be covered, but more comprehensive testing is not.

New patient visits usually last between 45 minutes and 2 hours. This time includes your visit with the provider, nursing support, and the checkout process.

Standard follow-up visits are 30 minutes. If you would like additional time, we also offer 45 and 60 minute appointments—just let our team know when scheduling.

We treat a wide variety of conditions, but because our clinic hours are limited, we recommend that all patients also maintain a primary care physician for comprehensive care.

Our weight loss programs begin with a 12-week commitment, and can be extended as needed based on your individual goals.

Yes. All patients must meet with a provider and become established before IV treatments can be ordered—even if you’ve received treatments elsewhere.
